3. Cover the evaporator with the rim/wedge, ensuring all openings are securely closed.

4. Replace the top cover of the hive.

5. Connect the evaporator to a 12V DC battery.

6. Wear a respirator for personal protection.

7. Activate the evaporator to release the oxalic acid vapor, effectively eliminating mites and promoting hive health.
