Product Details:

1. Container Preparation: The container, such as a bottle or jar, is filled with the desired product.
2. Aluminum Foil Placement: A piece of aluminum foil, cut to the appropriate size, is placed over the mouth of the container.
3. Machine Activation: The manual foil sealing machine is turned on, and the operator places the machine's sealing head over the foil and the container.
4. Heat Application: The machine applies heat to the aluminum foil through the sealing head, typically using induction or direct heat. The heat melts the foil and adheres it to the rim of the container, creating an airtight seal.
5. Sealing and Cooling: As the foil is sealed, the operator applies light pressure, ensuring a secure bond. After sealing, the foil and container cool, solidifying the seal.
