Description

This automatic filling machine is specially developed for high-viscosity liquids and provides an ideal filling solution for products such as honey, syrup, edible oil, shampoo, and shower gel.

Product Introduction:

• Filling Process: The nozzle or valve is activated when the empty container reaches the filling station. The honey flows into the container in a controlled manner. The control system ensures that the correct volume of honey is dispensed, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
• Level Control: To prevent overfilling, the machine uses level sensors or probes to monitor the honey level in the container. Once the desired fill level is reached, dispensing stops automatically.
• Container Removal: After filling, the containers move further along the conveyor belt or turntable for capping or sealing. The filled containers can then be packaged or labeled as required.

Product Details:

• The product comes standard with dual or quad nozzles, and customers can customize the number of nozzles as needed.
• The product handles liquids such as honey, syrup, vegetable oil, shampoo, and lotion.
• The product supports a capacity range from 100 ml to 2000 ml, and users can adjust the capacity according to their needs.
• The machine fills each container six times per minute.
• Depending on the configuration, the machine processes a maximum of 3 to 6 tons.
